In light of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic, the health and safety of our customers and staff is a top priority for the entire team at Vernon Kia. We have been and will continue to adapt and take the recommended steps to make things as safe as possible for everyone.
To help reduce the spread of germs we have implemented some new processes in our operations:
- Eliminating all physical contact with our customers and within the workplace
-Staff in Service and Sales Sanitizing and cleaning hands frequently.
-The cleaning of all common area surfaces more frequently throughout the day
- Cleaning and Sanitizing dealership on a nightly basis
-All technicians are required to wear Nitrile gloves while working on vehicles.
-Continue to follow any suggestions and directives expressed by the Canadian Government and Provincial Health authorities.
We hope to continue to live our lives as normal as possible, which may include purchasing a vehicle or getting your vehicle serviced. If at anytime you would like to proceed with any of these services, Vernon Kia will do whatever we can to make this as easy as possible and to facilitate any purchase or repairs needed.
